Thanks to a grant awarded by the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, and made possible by the Minnesota State Legislature, the Big Time Jazz Orchestra made a CD at Studio M Productions in St. Paul, MN, on July 24-25, 1999. Studio M often records for Minnesota Public Radio and has recorded such artists as Prince and Garrison Keillor. The pictures below were taken during the recording sessions. |
The Big Time Jazz Orchestra CD features original compositions and arrangements of current and former band members (with the exception of "Eleventh Hour" which was commissioned from Tom Matta by the Big Time Jazz Orchestra through a grant from the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council and the Minnesota State Legislature.). You'll enjoy this diverse, studio creation. |
